As the company GROWING FASTER, KAYANGAN Property needs an individual that is cheerful, energetic and honest to sell our house. 30 houses expected to be launched this year.

Provides first-class service in order to push the sales of a certain product. Acts as an intermediary between producers and clientele. Makes necessary phone calls and meetings to help sales. Allows people to make inquiries as necessary.


• Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
• Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
• Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
• Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product
• Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
• As a property salesperson or negotiator, you will be working for an estate agent and using a mixture of negotiation, marketing and sales skills.
• Arranging advertising to promote the property
• Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database
• Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
• You need to meet clients and buyers outside of normal working hours.
• You’ll be based in an office, but are likely to spend a lot of time visiting properties and showing prospective buyers around. In view of this, a driving licence may be useful.
• Provide good after sales service. Liase with banks and LPPSA on loan matters
• Follow accordingly any instructions by Managing Director and Superior
